Anxiety can come from many different sources such as abuse, childhood trauma, work, academia, social settings and/or lack of self-esteem. Understanding these sources may at times be painful, but we can help with exploring them while also providing you with effective techniques to manage anxiety symptoms.
Because empathy is at the core of ELO. Even if I have not experienced the same as you, I will do my best to understand you and treat you with grace and without judgment.
I understand human connections are complicated. We sometimes feel alone and without a clue of how to worry less about life's challenges. As we work together, you will find out more about yourself and how to cope with stressors in a positive manner. This way, you can become a positive influence on yourself and on others around you. Whatever the stressor, the goal is to progress towards a more insightful journey.
